The North Carolina Firehouse Software Users group held their first conference in 2010 to learn how to use the software and provide networking opportunities.

Since the 2010 conference, the numbers of attendees continues to grow as well as the number of nationally known Firehouse Software power users presenting various classes. This year’s instructors include Tom Dehmer, Brad Carico, and Tom Pond plus other instructors from North Carolina that teach as FHETS. The 2018 conference will continue using Cape Fear Community College’s Union Station as our host facility. Here is a link to their campus map. Representatives include Shelley Koegler, VP of Fire and Billing and Dispatch, Tim Irelan, VP of Fire Software Systems, Darrell Hagans, Director of Fire Products and ESO’s CEO Chris Dillie has been invited. These representatives will provide an update regarding Firehouse Software and how they will improve the existing legacy Firehouse Software and what the future holds for the next version of ESO Firehouse Software.
