ESO Acquires Station Check, Extends Depth of Product Portfolio with Checklist, Asset Management and Inventory Software

Integration of Station Check into ESO platform provides richer dataset to ensure community and provider safety

AUSTIN, Texas, July 9, 2019ESO, the leading data and software company serving emergency medical services (EMS), fire departments and hospitals, today announced the acquisition of Station Check. The acquisition adds depth to ESO’s broad product portfolio and provides fire departments and EMS agencies comprehensive checklist, asset management and inventory tools. Station Check products will be integrated into the ESO suite later this year, adding to ESO’s already rich dataset that will continue to provide unique insights for agencies and departments to improve the health and safety of their communities and providers.

“Station Check is an important acquisition for us and gives our customers access to a more comprehensive set of tools around asset management and inventory,” said Chris Dillie, President and CEO of ESO. “Our ultimate vision is to have the most complete dataset across the public safety, out-of-hospital and hospital spectrum to provide comprehensive insights to our customers and the industry. These insights will lead to better patient care, better responses to fire incidents and better care for our first responders.”

Station Check helps agencies and departments achieve the highest standard of preparedness, compliance and accountability. The company’s web-based asset management, inventory and checklist software is powerful and easy to use, keeping entire organizations aligned and ready for what’s next.

“We’re looking forward to the next chapter with ESO,” said Steve Soltz from Station Check. “ESO is clearly the leader when it comes to serving public safety and healthcare organizations, as well as moving the industry forward with the use of data. We’re excited to see Station Check grow and evolve and become an integral part of ESO’s powerful software suite.”
