Russell Beggs is a seasoned software engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in technology management, digital strategy, and engineering. As Senior Vice President of Engineering at ESO, he has a strong track record of delivering large-scale digital and IT solutions. His previous roles include Senior Tech Lead and UK Chief of Staff for Customer & Marketing at Deloitte Digital. Russell holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Queen’s University Belfast. He has worked in industries such as finance, the public sector, and media. Russell is dedicated to mentoring and developing talent within his teams while balancing a proud family life with three children.
