  • Apply and continuously refine project management best practices and tools across the team.
  • Track and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Effectively interact with all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executives.
  • Exemplify ESO values and lead by example.

Who you are — the essentials

  • Translator — you can break down broad strategies into specific objectives and how data provides the foundation for success.
  • Accomplished — you have demonstrated success delivering projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable — you understand research and what it takes to go from concept to publication.
  • Curious — you have a continuous improvement mindset and look for ways to drive efficiency and effectiveness; you keep up with emerging project management and data practices.
  • Business-minded — you're eager to understand the fundamental drivers of the business and partner with leaders across functions.
  • Detail-oriented — understanding, documenting, and communicating nuance matters to you.
  • Guardian — you act as a process guardian, promoting sustainable and scalable solutions, and you tie every step of a process back to strategic objectives.
  • Receptive — you're always open to and eager for feedback.

Who you are — the desirables

  • Self-starter who identifies, negotiates, and solves problems.
  • Familiar with project, process, stakeholder, budget, and risk management.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and constant change, yet able to execute commitments.
  • Able to adapt quickly and stay effective in new situations in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Able to build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence quickly.
  • Brings passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results, with a strong action orientation.
