Tera Ricker joined ESO in April of 2022. She is a seasoned transformation executive who has held leadership roles in both private and public organizations over her three-decade career. Prior to her role at ESO, she served as Chief Operating Officer for a privately held SaaS provider. Tera spent most of her career at NCR Corporation traversing various roles across the core process areas which has positioned her well to lead organizations through cross-functional change. Tera holds a BSBA in Accounting, Finance, and Communications from Ohio Northern University and currently resides outside of Atlanta, Georgia.
