How You’ll Support Our Mission


As our Web Developer, you’ll ensure our website is a fast, reliable, and user-friendly experience that supports pipeline creation and brand trust. You’ll focus on maintenance, optimization, and enhancements for our WordPress site hosted on WP Engine, partnering closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to keep our web presence running smoothly.

You’ll own the technical upkeep of our website - handling updates, page builds, troubleshooting, integrations, and performance improvements - while collaborating with our design, content, and SEO/paid teams to ensure marketing campaigns are executed effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing – Day to Day

  • Maintain, update, and optimize our WordPress site (hosted on WP Engine), ensuring uptime, security, and performance.
  • Build and maintain landing pages and campaign microsites, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and lead capture goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Implement best practices for accessibility, page speed, and responsive design.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to support new campaign launches, content updates, and user experience enhancements.
  • Collaborate with SEO and paid media teammates to ensure technical implementations (schema, tracking pixels, analytics tags) are in place.
  • Liaise with our external web agency for larger projects and escalations.

Who You Are – The Essentials

  • 3+ years of professional web development experience, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong experience with WordPress (including plugins, themes, and customizations) and WP Engine.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with website performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser testing.
  • Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Who You Are – The Desirables

  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tracking.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG standards).
  • Comfortable managing external vendors or agency partners.
