How You’ll Support Our Mission
ESO Is seeking an experienced collections and accounts receivable specialist to maintain a large portfolio of customers, ensuring that they are current on all invoices and assisting with any billing issues. This job requires consistency and dedication, and ability to work closely on a small team.
This is a remote role based in the Czech Republic and requires strong flexibility in collaborating across multiple time zones, with a focus on availability during American working hours.
What You’ll Be Doing - The Day to Day
- Collects on past due invoices by calling and e-mailing customers, moving outstanding balances through the collections process.
- Identifies accounts for escalation, and drafts letters for collections manager and the legal team based on the appropriate template.
- Works with other departments and finance leadership to resolve billing and invoicing issues which are causing delays in payment.
- Serves as front-line representative for customers with questions on invoicing, billing, pricing, renewals, and support, resolving issues and connecting customers to the appropriate departments.
- Helps maintain product subscriptions by processing cancellations, adjusting billing periods, and transferring ownership on accounts as needed.
- Applies cash to invoices from multiple bank accounts on a daily basis, and helps identify application errors and issues.
Who You Are - The Essentials
- Robust business-to-business collections experience
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to effectively guide and manage phone conversations. Advanced level of English required.
- Ability to constantly triage between responsibilities and collaborate to assist team members.
- Intermediate Excel skills
Who You Are - The Desirables (It’s a plus if you have): 
- Previous NetSuite experience.
- High-volume cash application expertise
