ESO is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Director of Enterprise Hospital Accounts to lead our efforts in securing corporate-level contracts with the nation’s top 50 health systems. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, this senior-level role will be pivotal in driving strategic relationships with key decision-makers at health systems while collaborating closely with our regional Account Executives to ensure a comprehensive approach to winning hospital business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with the top 50 health systems to position ESO as a trusted partner.
Corporate-Level Contract Negotiations:
Drive the process for securing enterprise-level agreements across target accounts.
Collaborative Sales Strategy:
Partner with regional Account Executives to align on a coordinated “top-down” and “bottom-up” approach to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Market Insights:
Stay informed on healthcare trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to tailor ESO’s value proposition.
Account Planning:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure long-term success and account growth.
Internal Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on account strategies and deliverables.
Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets through strategic account acquisition and expansion.
Qualifications
Proven track record of securing and managing enterprise-level agreements with large health systems.
Extensive experience in healthcare SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of hospital and health system operations.
Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at the C-suite level.
Demonstrated ability to lead a complex sales process and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with regional sales teams and internal departments.
Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.
