In this customer case study, Gold Cross Ambulance, in Salt Lake City, uses ESO Health Data Exchange (HDE) to connect to cHIE, Utah’s statewide health information exchange. The result is two-way data sharing with hospitals that enables Gold Cross to conduct quality measurement and improvement, as well as provide feedback and patient outcomes from the hospital to its EMTs and paramedics.
This case study was presented at the EMS World Expo Data & Technology Summit in Las Vegas on October 19, 2017, by Brooke Burton, Quality Director at Gold Cross Ambulance. You can check out the video replay of the 15-minute presentation or view the Powerpoint for closer review, below.
By the way, if you’d like to see how ESO HDE can bring you hospital outcome data and a whole lot more, schedule your personal demo now.
