  • Process Optimization: Drive efficiency and scalability across the entire customer lifecycle.  Continuously analyze and improve the sales process, from lead generation through deal closing for all transaction types.  Work closely with Deal/Sales Operations to refine and optimize sales workflows and CRM usage to increase efficiency and visibility.
  •  Revenue Analytics and Forecasting: Own the company's revenue forecasting methodology and reporting.  Provide accurate, data-driven insights into pipeline health, revenue trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions for the board and executive team.
  • Technology and Systems:  Manage the applicable components of the revenue technology stack, including the CRM (Salesforce, Highspot, and Gong as systems of record and PowerBI as data revelation layer).  Ensure seamless data integration, data integrity, and high user adoption.
  • Sales and Compensation Design: Work with sales leadership, finance and HR to design, manage, and continuously refine compensation plans that motivate high performance and align with company revenue goals.
  • Enablement and Training: Develop and deliver enablement programs that equip our revenue teams with the necessary training, playbooks, and tools to execute repeatable processes and improve productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a key partner to leaders in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to ensure a cohesive and exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
  • Design and Manage Strategy:  for ESO's four Revenue Operations pillars: Deal Operations, Data Operations, Program Operations, and Worldwide Sales Enablement.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performing Revenue Operations team capable of scaling with the company's growth.

What You Will Bring:

    • Experience:  10+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.  Experience working in a vertical SaaS company is highly preferred.
    • Analytical Prowess: Proven expertise in revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and modeling.  You can translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
    • Technical Mastery:  Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and a strong understanding of the broader RevOps technology landscape.
    • Strategic Mindset: An ability to think several steps ahead like a chess player, anticipating how decisions will impact the business down the road.
    • Leadership and Influence: A track record of successfully leading, motivating, and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
    • Communication:  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly and confidently to executive leadership.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
