Erica Holland

Erica is a dynamic executive with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and value creation across various industries. As the Chief Strategy Officer and SVP of Corporate Development at ESO, Erica draws on over a decade of experience in finance, corporate development, and enterprise strategy to drive sustainable growth and long-term impact. Before joining ESO, Erica served as VP of Corporate Development at Aceable, where she led strategic planning and M&A efforts, successfully executing acquisitions that expanded and diversified the company’s market offerings. Earlier in her career, she worked as a private equity investor at Blue Sage Capital and as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan. Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University, graduating summa cum laude. She lives in Austin with her husband and two children.
