Christopher Raps

Vice President of Sales

Chris has more than 20 years of experience delivering revenue and profit growth in competitive environments. He has proven success at building long-term relationships that produce results through scalable, sustainable sales models and effective team leadership. In his role at ESO, he is responsible for defining the sales culture and empowering his team to drive profitability and growth as the company scales. Most recently, Chris was the Vice President of Sales for Nasdaq, where he was responsible for sales in the Americas of compliance, risk and regulatory SaaS products. In this role, he oversaw the successful integration of an acquired competitor and the creation of a new sales organization to drive growth in existing accounts and net-new revenue in new accounts. He has held global sales leadership positions at Safeguard World International, Harland Clarke, IBM and Digi International. Christopher holds a BS in Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Southern Methodist University (SMU).
