Chief Customer Officer
Kerri Swope joins ESO as Chief Customer Officer to build and cultivate a world-class customer service team dedicated to creating great customer experiences across the entire customer journey. Prior to ESO, she was Head of Customer Operations at Gusto, where she led the customer operations team, including onboarding and issue resolution for more than 200,000 customers. Before Gusto, Swope spent many years at Care.com, moving into senior leadership roles focused on developing and providing operational and customer service excellence. Swope received her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. She received a BBA and BA in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University.
