One of the industry’s top training and networking events for EMS, fire, and hospital professionals is now open for registration, with a special Early Bird discount available until Dec. 1, 2018. Wave 2019 is scheduled for Thursday, March 21 and Friday, March 22, 2019, and for the rest of November, registrants can take advantage of an approximate 20% discount, depending on which conference offering they choose.

Held annually in Austin, TX, ESO’s Wave conference offers the best in thought leadership, data analysis, and in-field experience to help foster growth and change within your organization. With industry expert keynotes, focused breakout sessions, an expansive tradeshow floor, and numerous networking events, Wave is designed to help equip you to optimize your operations and improve quality care and services, both now and in the year to come.

One of the most exciting new features of this year’s event is a specialized 2-day training course available immediately prior to the conference start. Attendees who wish to register for the new ESO Firehouse Educational Training Seminar (FHTS) and ESO Training Academy – to be held March 19-20 – can also take advantage of early bird pricing discounts until Dec. 1. Ideal for both administrators and field providers, the academy features instructors with both deep field experience and in-depth product knowledge, ensuring that you’ll get the most out of your ESO products and your own data to get your job done more efficiently and effectively.

The Wave 2019 conference agenda additionally includes two new tracks: Clinical Data Management and Fire Data Management. These tracks offer sessions covering best practices, case studies, and tips for making the most of the data you collect in the field. These two new tracks round out the conference offering that also includes the following topics:

Learn how you can build interoperability within your own workflow to improve care delivery and turn data into tangible insights. The Interoperability Track focuses on turning data into tangible insight by sharing best practices, real experiences and training.

From the latest stroke protocols to leveraging analytics, sessions in the EMS Best Practices Track arm you with the insights needed to grow your professional expertise and stay ahead of the game.

Make the most of your data in the Clinical Data Management Track. Sessions feature case studies, roundtables and workshops all centered on preparing you to translate data into actionable information.

Data has an impact in securing funding, benchmarking performance and improving service. Discover how you can manage the data you collect in the Fire Data Management Track. You’ll learn from in-field experts, hear best practices and leave ready to convert data into practical application.

Move the needle forward in shaping the way you serve both communities and personnel. The Fire Best Practices Track offers case studies, expert speakers, workshops, and roundtables to ensure you leave with the know-how to be ahead of the curve.

Learn how to get the most out of your data with the least impact on your organization. Sessions in the Billing and Revenue Recovery Track focus on trending legal issues, industry forecasts and maximizing revenue while keeps costs down.

From those just starting their research journey to seasoned pros, sessions in the Research and Quality Track help you identify, measure and build areas of study within your own data. Plus, you’ll also hear top research from 2018 and what to look for in 2019.

Experience ESO’s latest technology and products in the Product Portfolio Track. You’ll preview new feature additions, provide roadmap feedback and learn how to maximize your ESO products in everyday practice.
